WILL THE RE-ELECTION OF BARACK OBAMA PUT YOU OUT OF BUSINESS?
It’s definitely time for Mitt Romney to take advantage of President Obama’s disdain for American business owners. Even I, who expect the president to take a dig at anyone who opposes his liberal agenda, was shocked by a recent speech at a campaign rally when he said, “If you’ve got a business – you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen.”
What a slap in the face for every American who owns or wants to own a business. In one fell swoop, the president devalued millions of entrepreneurs and their efforts to be successful in life. Perhaps if this was the first time President Obama said a disparaging remark about Americans and our effort to pursue the American Dream, he could use the excuse that his words were taken out of context. But let’s get real. President Obama is an Anti-Business, Non-Entrepreneur who continues to make decisions that are detrimental to our economy. Look at the new ObamaCare Tax. Can the president guarantee no one is going to lose their business over its implementation? And for what? A power grab by Big Government.
So ask yourself, “Will the re-election of Barack Obama PUT ME OUT OF BUSINESS?” Then ask others…friends who own mom and pop shops and restaurants. Ask doctors, insurance agents, repairmen…anybody who has worked their tail off to start a company from nothing, “Will the re-election of Barack Obama PUT YOU OUT OF BUSINESS?” Now that’s the kind of question Mitt Romney should ask the American People every time he makes a speech on the campaign trail.
Understand, I believe it’s important for the President of the United States of America to recognize (not demoralize) business owners for the contributions they’ve made since our nation began. Yet, President Obama continues to ignore the truth that America would never have weathered financial ruin over the decades, if not for entrepreneurs. It is business owners in cities and towns who create jobs and put Americans back to work time and time again. They are the ones who deserve all the credit for actually contributing to the restoration of our prosperity in this country. Unfortunately, President Obama can’t bring himself to admit as much. He’d rather believe Americans who own a business ARE NOTHING without the assistance of someone else…like the Federal Government or the White House.
On Tuesday, November 6th, prove him wrong.
