WHY YOU MUST STARE RACISM IN THE FACE

There is this old saying, “If you don’t know, you better ask somebody.” For me to make such an appeal, it can only be to educate those who are seeing the re-emergence of a plague in this nation that is causing Americans to feel overwhelmed with anger, hurt, and even fear. A man-made plague being used to divide and conquer those of us on THE RIGHT.

Sadly the plague to which I am referring is RACISM, and it is alive and spreading because few want to stare it in the face.

Understand, I have seen racism in action, dealt with…no…deal with racism on any given day. It comes in many forms and it can have a tremendous impact on your psyche. Oddly enough, these experiences have given me the ability to know what is and is not unequivocally racist. But I wouldn’t know how to discern those experiences, if I never stared racism in the face.

Let’s be real, some folks can’t handle being called a racist! It rocks the very core of them probably because they don’t want to be lumped in with those who committed atrocities against millions of people. Don’t you think THE LEFT knows this? They know what buttons to push to make certain people feel guilty or to silence just one somebody?

This is why more and more Americans on THE RIGHT are trying to avoid dealing with the issue of racism and not tackling it head on. Since 2007, the deterioration of race relations has steadily increased and its not a coincidence. It is a tactical maneuver. A desperate political move of THE LEFT to exploit racism or supposed racism in order to rally their voter base and re-elect Barack Obama in November. I mean, what better way to get Liberals, Democrats, Socialists and Communists fired up then about what they view as social injustice?

Only I never expected in this day and age to have racism spewed from elected and appointed officials, who were sent to Washington to represent THE PEOPLE. I don’t know about you, but I have had it with this new wave of rhetoric from various members of the House and the Senate who are fueled by hatred. Congressmen and Congresswomen who have no problem shouting the derogatory term “Whitey.” Seriously? This is not only unacceptable behavior, it’s heinous. I mean, at some point these politicians stopped working for THE PEOPLE, and frankly, should be booted out of office for that reason alone.

So for those of you who believe THE RIGHT can’t fight against being labeled racist, I have some news for you. When you’re called names, followed by cries of injustice, don’t be so quick to apologize. Everything is not always the way it seems. Most often, this is done intentionally for one person’s gain or in this case the gain of the Democratic Party, who are hell-bent on keeping Republicans, Conservatives and the Tea Party from uniting. Because in numbers, we have the strength to take THE SENATE, and perhaps the White House, but not if we are distracted and lose our focus on what the 2012 Presidential Election should be about–the failed domestic and foreign policies of the incumbent president. Not racism.
